These Terms of Service govern your use of easygoingcovers.com and purchases from Easygoing Covers. The store is operated by Wuhan Mai Shiqi Trading Co., Ltd. (武汉市麦时沏贸易有限公司). By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced below.

Store and service

Our online store is hosted by Shopify. Payments currently available through the store are processed by PayPal and are also subject to the applicable payment provider terms. You must provide current, complete and accurate order, payment and delivery information.

Products and measurements

We aim to describe products, materials, colors, dimensions and compatibility accurately. Screen settings and manufacturing tolerances can cause minor differences. Review the listed measurements and fit information before ordering, especially for custom-size or made-to-order products. Nothing in this section limits rights relating to a damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed product.

Prices, charges and import fees

Store prices are displayed in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. The product price, shipping charge and any tax collected by checkout are shown before the order is submitted. Because orders ship directly from China, the recipient may also be responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage charges or other fees that are not collected or prepaid at checkout.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may cancel or decline an order before dispatch if payment is not authorized, information cannot be verified, a product is unavailable, the listed price or product information contains a material error, or the order appears fraudulent or unlawful. If we cancel an order after payment, the amount collected for the cancelled item will be returned to the original payment method.

Our Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms and explains processing time, estimated delivery time, shipping charges and possible import fees. Our Refund Policy explains eligibility, authorization, return shipping to China and custom-product restrictions.

Acceptable use

You may not use the website or its content for an unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose; interfere with the website's operation or security; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy content in a manner that violates applicable law; or infringe the rights of Easygoing Covers or any third party.

Intellectual property

The website's branding, text, graphics, photographs, product information and other content are owned by Wuhan Mai Shiqi Trading Co., Ltd. or used with permission and are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. No license is granted except the limited right to use the website for personal shopping and account management.

The website may link to or rely on services operated by Shopify, PayPal, carriers or other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for an unrelated third-party website merely because the website contains a link to it.
