Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with Easygoing Covers. Orders are fulfilled directly by Wuhan Mai Shiqi Trading Co., Ltd. from China; we do not use a third-party warehouse or supplier to fulfill these orders.
Where we ship
We currently ship only to eligible addresses in the United States. Address eligibility and the shipping methods available for a specific order are confirmed at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Estimated delivery time
- Standard shipping: approximately 10-20 business days after dispatch.
- Express shipping: approximately 5-10 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs clearance, carrier disruption, severe weather, peak-season volume, an incorrect address or other events outside our reasonable control can cause delays. We will communicate material delays known to us using the contact details supplied with the order.
Shipping charges
- Standard shipping: USD $8.
- Free Standard shipping: orders of USD $70 or more.
- Express shipping: USD $15.
The shipping methods and final charges displayed at checkout apply to the order.
Import duties and taxes
Orders ship directly from China. United States customs authorities or the carrier may impose import duties, taxes, brokerage charges or other fees. Unless checkout expressly states that a charge has been collected or prepaid, the recipient is responsible for any such amount. These charges are not Easygoing Covers shipping charges.
Tracking and delivery issues
