How do I choose a size?
Measure the widest width, deepest depth and tallest height. Compare those numbers with the product sizing information and choose modest installation clearance.
Will a cover scratch my furniture or vehicle?
Surfaces and the inside of the cover should be clean before installation. Wind-driven movement over trapped dirt can cause abrasion, so secure the cover properly and inspect it regularly.
How do I prevent water pooling?
Create a slight high point beneath large flat covers so water can drain. Do not allow heavy standing water to remain for long periods.
Can I cover wet furniture?
Allow furniture to dry first whenever possible. Ventilation helps manage condensation but does not replace proper drying.
Orders
When will my order ship?
Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from the estimated carrier transit time shown in our Shipping Policy.
Can I change an order?
Contact support as soon as possible. Orders already in fulfillment may not be changeable.
