Shipping within the United States
Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
- Standard shipping: approximately 10-20 business days after dispatch; USD $8, or free for orders of USD $70 or more.
- Express shipping: approximately 5-10 business days after dispatch; USD $15.
The shipping methods and final charges displayed at checkout apply to the order. Orders are fulfilled directly from China, and the recipient may be responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage charges or other fees that are not collected or prepaid at checkout.
30-day returns
Unused, unwashed standard-size products may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned with original packaging and components. Original shipping charges and return shipping may be non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Custom and made-to-measure products
Custom-size, personalized and made-to-order products are final sale unless they arrive defective or differ materially from the approved order specifications.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact support promptly with the order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label. Do not discard packaging until the request is resolved.
